Our "one size fits all" headband is a comfortable 14in (35cm) in length, which means it will fit perfectly around the the back of your head. 

The headband, eye cover, and stuffing in this mask are all made from 100% silk fabric, which means that this sleep mask is made entirely from pure silk.
